I had a fairly small order 2 build your own grand slams and a side order of 1 stack of pancakes. Still enjoyed it and never called to get my money back, luckily it was tasty .

How can you be rude to a customer who simply did not receive what he ordered?! After all I ended up getting my smoothie but the issue was the manager clearly dis not want to do that for me until I showed my email order receipt.
