- Rating 2.08/28/17Was quite disappointed. Arrived to pick up food and stood at the counter for 10 minutes, no help or acknowledgement.
Restaurant was busy and the only 2 waitresses rushed back and forth to help their seated customers. New customers were filling in and no one acknowledged them either. I personally had to go to a waitress and ask for help at the counter, she hollered to the back office and a manager finally came out and helped out at the counter. My food had been sitting in the window, Normally the cashier checks your order,she didn't. She just bagged it and by the time I got home, it was already cold.
I love being able to order online but if no one gonna help you when you get there it's a waste of my time and doesn't reflect good on Denny's.
