- Rating 1.09/13/17Order was late. I was on my lunch break and when I got to Denny's I had to wait almost 20 minutes past the time it was supposed to be ready...
- Rating 2.08/28/17We ordered the loaded nachos with extra sour cream online. As I picked it up I asked for more sour cream, I was told it would be an additional charge but she didn't what it would be. She went in the back to ask the manager? or the cook? Who informed her that I would need to make an additional purchase for extra sour cream.
How does that even makes sense? Where is the customer service in that.
