    My husband and I have had it with this store. I have given them chance after chance, but I’ve finally lost it. I was a server for many years, so I understand the stress of covering your section, but every time we go in, we wait for a while to be seated, for the waitress to take our drink orders, to receive our drinks and order our food, to receive our food, and receive our check. Every. Time. And God forbid we need a box. My husband has gotten up and poked his head in the back to get the attention of any server to get a box and they were all on their phones. On one visit, my husband ordered one thing, and our waitress brought him a different, more expensive, meal. We told her it was wrong, and she said she corrected it on the ticket so we would be charged for the cheaper meal. Not true. Luckily, we checked before paying. Last weekend, I ordered a chicken sandwich on the app. My husband picked it up and brought it home, only to find out it was a burger. The receipt clearly said chicken. So he had to take it back, wait for it to be corrected, and bring it home. Wasting 30 minutes of our time because of mistake in the kitchen. If I had been the server or manager in both of these cases, I would have made sure to take the more expensive meal completely off the ticket and refund the customer for the burger, because these were mistakes of the employees, just to make sure the customer would come back. Well, it wasnt, and we won’t.

    I was fairly happy with my online ordering experience. There is not enough space to write any special request. I could write that I wanted mayo on the side for my sandwich and ranch for my fries. I didn't realize till after I left that they forgot my mayo. My sandwich wasn't was not the same without it. I did get my ranch but they missed the mayo request. It was still good. The staff was very friendly
