- Rating 1.02/27/18Horrible experience. They flat out REFUSED my T Mobile Tuesday Coupon for free stack of pancakes. Manager refused to come talk to us, EVERYTHING was relayed through the server (who was new, but super nice). We walked out. Why would I give my business to a place that flat out refuses a Dennys coupon, then the manager refused to come see me... and the manager advised her server to tell me that there was no one above her (district manager) to talk with.

- Rating 3.02/21/18i orderered online. pick up time 5:15. walked in the door. a lady nonchalantly said someone would be with me. no one came. minutes later she said - have you been helped? i said no. she tells the waitress that i have a pick up order. the waitress tells her casually, yea - there is one int he back. the first lady who greeted me goes to the back and gets it and rings me up. this whole process took more than ten minutes when my food was already ready to go. it wasn't even busy int he restaurant.

Everything was made correct and they remembered everything and the special request will definitely be ordering again from them the web site is very easy to use and th staff called to let me know I needed to have picture I’d and the credit card I used so they could make sure it belonged to me which is very nice now a days not many places ask to see I’d when using a card . Overall great experience fast,hot and good and oh yes the free whole pie ( pumpkin) was delicious thank you
