- Rating 2.010/30/18Online order took a very long time to pick up. At least 20 minutes past the quoted time. We were not greeted upon arrival for several minutes. Other people came in after us and we were all wondering where the employees were. Food was pretty good. The employee forgot to give us our drinks, which we had to go back for. Despite the food being good, the experience put us off from returning.

I waited for someone to ask me what I needed for 15 mins and then after someone finally came, I waited another 7 mins to get my food. This happens everyime. I also dont ever see a Manager there. I have been going to Denny’s for so many years. Denny’s just lost a valuable customer.

- Rating 1.08/17/18Our online order was not prepared correctly: 3 items were missing (2 of which were main dishes), one of which we paid extra for. Additionally, the order was not ready when we were advised it would be, and then despite it being approximately 45 late, it was cold and the quality of all $50 in food was nearly inedible. When I called about a refund, I was promised a callback that I never received, and then when I called a second time a couple days later, I was told a refund was not possible. I was promised another callback that I never received and do not feel it is my responsibility to continuously call the restaurant to rectify the matter. We still want a full refund (and not coupons/offers as we will not be returning to our local Denny's and don't intend on traveling to one). On a side note, we just moved to a new state and city and this was our first dining experience here... It did not leave a good taste... Figuratively or literally. Luckily we found another restaurant with excellent food and service. Very disappointed with this particular Denny's. A refund could restore our faith in the company itself.
- Rating 1.08/7/18What a terrible experience. I ordered my food online and received my confirmation email. It stated my food would be ready by 2:20pm. I arrive at the location and was told it would be a few more minutes. At 2:35pm I asked were my food was. I was told that it would be out momentarily. My food come out to which I am told I have to wait a few more minutes for my deserts. They arrived 10 minutes later. I made the comment that my food was now cold. All I got was a poor apology. I will not use or recommend this service to anyone

- Rating 5.01/18/18I love how easy ordering is. The timing is just perfect, the guy always has everything my family needs ready. Food is always filling & its nice to have the leftovers pre packaged.
- Rating 1.01/9/18If I could leave zero stars I would. Ordered delivery and only got half of my order. When I called the store I was told my purchase would be refunded. That didn’t happen. - Rating 4.011/10/17I go to Denny's all the time, I love the food. I can rely on it to be consistent in flavor, which i enjoy because its hard to find.
The service is good, but usually slow. The servers are nice, and they work fairly hard from what i have seen. However, it takes quite a while to get your food. I have waited over 45 minutes for a to-go order when the restaurant wasn't exactly busy.
