- Rating 1.02/20/19This was the worst experience ever! I ordered my dinner online from my hotel at 4:30 pm ahead of time and asked that it be ready by 8:45 pm. When I got to there, none of my food had even been cooked. Some man who was not even the cook, jumped back in the kitchen to help the cook and said I am so, so, so sorry that we are so behind. He said the manager wont hire anymore staff so I have customers upset. Also, I waited for an hour for my food to finally be ready...what was the point in ordering it online ahead of time. This is by far the worst Denny's and I will never go back when I am in Auburn!
- Rating 2.012/11/18With my order I didn’t get all of my food. I was missing pancakes. The hash browns were over cooked. My friend’s cheesbuger lacked lettuce. I had to call the restaurant three times before someone answered and then put on hold for a long time. I was told that when I come in to the restaurant I would get a comp. meal however that night was my dinner night and I didn’t have much to eat. We ordered delivery for the first time and I was hoping for options. I wasn’t given any.
- Rating 2.011/6/18We ordered online for pickup. Wish we had've checked the food before leaving. Food was delicious but the fries that we paid 3 bucks each for barely had any fries in the container. There was maybe 7 fries in each container. I called the restaurant to see if that's how it was supposed to come and they stayed that was how they come. I remember getting way more fries than that when eating in the restaurant. I wasn't happy about that at all, especially after having paid 3 bucks each for them and you can get more at a fast food place for less. Other than the fries, food tasted great and service was quick.

- Rating 1.08/29/18My eggs were undercooked and they did not notify me they were out of tortillas, I didn’t realize until I was home. I called to speak to a manager and he was very unprofessional and rude, also did nothing to make the situation better.
- Rating 1.07/24/18You got 3 of 4 orders wrong, I asked to speak to the manager about this, he was busy, and never returned my call. I don't know if I got a credit or anything of the sort for my next order if I ever place an order. I have ordered twice for home delivery, both times I received poor service of incorrect orders, the first time was missing items, yes you did say you would credit, but it was never written down.
- Rating 2.07/16/18No silverware, No napkins, only 7 pancake puppies on an order of 10 that was also missing the icing on a "TO-GO" order. Pretty sad when there was only maybe 8 cars in the parking lot. Eggs were cooked perfectly and the food was good, but the front of the house needs some work. How hard is it to check the bag before handing it out? Lesson learned, next time I will check prior to leaving.

I waited about 30 mins before leaving,when i got there my was order was not even cooked, i ended up waiting there another 45mins😡 my food my food because some how my ticket got misplaced. As im waiting there I see the manager wipe his sweat off his face with his hands then without washing his hands makes a drink for a customer. So gross. He did this numerous times. I was not happy at all with there service, The food was greasy and pancakes were undercooked. You can tell they rushed it. Unfortunately this is the only dennys in auburn wa.

- Rating 2.03/14/18We ordered online for delivery half the food was not in there called first time I called got hung up on very disorganized call back talk to one person she tells me to call Uber Told her I didn’t use over was put on hold then somebody comes back on didn’t identify who they were Apologize like crazy said they don’t know how to refund right then but they were going to fully refund the stuff that was not in our meal And that they were gonna call the district manager to figure out how to do that and said they will call me back and I haven’t heard a word since still waiting

- Rating 5.09/26/17I ordered a Sirloin Steak dinner at the Auburn Way Denny's and everything was cooked correctly to order and very delicious. I recommend the online order for whenever you just got to have that Denny’s meal but you must eat it on the go.
- Rating 2.09/25/17I used to have great experiences at this Denny's in regard to their Denny's Online Ordering and Delivery service. Used it many times without fail. Recently, I placed an order that had a delivery time of 10:20am. When my food hadn't shown up by 11:00am (40 minutes late) I called the restaurant to see if my order had been sent out. I was told "Yeah someone from Uber came and got your order, after that we have no way of knowing what happened to it. Sorry." When I asked for a refund if my food doesn't show up, they told me I'd have to contact Uber and Denny's would be refusing a refund.
First of all, the Denny's Online Ordering service DOES NOT MENTION UBER ANYWHERE. So how would one know to contact them?
Second, they do NOT provide you with any contact information for Uber in the app or in the email they send to you. You are provided only with the restaurant's info. When you click "track your order", you get nothing but a "Page Cannot Be Found" error. It has been like this since day 1. I know you can track orders with Uber, so why is this not available if Denny's is using Uber to deliver?
Third, when one of your customers calls to say their delivery from YOUR RESTAURANT is 40 minutes late and where is it? You don't say "Oh, we don't know and we can't tell you. No we will not give you a refund if it doesn't show up. Call Uber (which we don't mention anywhere in the delivery service)".
The guy ended up showing up at about 11:15am (ALMOST AN HOUR LATE) and my food was ice cold. The egg yolks had solidified from being cold and I had to re-cook everything just for it to be edible.
Horrible way of handling a situation by the restaurant's employees and as a company, you need to make it so you can actually track these orders and CONTACT THE DRIVER as per normal with Uber deliveries.
